To better structure this dialogue and enhance its effectiveness and transparency, LISER has established a method agreement defining the principles and practical modalities of this collaboration. Among the first of its kind in Luxembourg, this agreement goes beyond the traditional scope of collective bargaining and aims to organise and optimise social dialogue in all its dimensions, closely aligned with the realities of our activities, the needs of the institute, and its employees.
Through this commitment, management and the staff delegation affirm their common will to foster a structured, effective, and constructive social dialogue, based on transparency, the sharing of information, and the continuous search for balanced solutions, in a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect.
