The Diplomatic Conference, held annually in Luxembourg, brings together ambassadors and heads of mission to discuss the country’s foreign policy priorities in a rapidly evolving global context. The 2026 edition, held at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, provided a platform for dialogue with government representatives and actors from the economic and research communities.

On 29 April, LISER joined ambassadors and heads of mission to present research addressing global challenges and informing foreign policy in today’s shifting geopolitical landscape.
