I am an empirical micro-economist. Since 2019, I have been a PhD student in Economics at the Labour Market Department of LISER and the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Luxembourg.

My research focuses on the demand for labor and skills by firms, and on its evolution in the face of technological advances and labor market shocks. In my job market paper, using online job vacancy data, I show that increasing the relative cost of temporary contracts shifts labor demand from temporary to permanent contracts but also raises human capital and skill requirements for entry into jobs.

I have greatly benefited from working in Luxembourg’s research community. I am now heading towards the completion of my PhD program and will be on the economics job market this coming fall. In the future, I aim to conduct further research in economics at an academic or international institution.
