Exploring strategies for fostering social cohesion and vivre-ensemble in diverse societies
In our increasingly diverse world, living together harmoniously is both a challenge and an opportunity. We study integration and social cohesion, uncovering data-driven solutions to build societies where every voice helps shape a shared future.
In Luxembourg, promoting Vivre Ensemble (social cohesion) and economic integration of immigrants and vulnerable refugees is crucial for a united and prosperous society.
Our team has conducted a comprehensive benchmarking analysis to review successful integration practices and evaluate previous programmes. Through randomised controlled trials (RCTs) and surveys, we are currently assessing the effectiveness of current tools and identifying innovative policies to support the most vulnerable refugees.
By focusing on economic opportunities and social cohesion, we aim to empower refugees, promote inclusion, and reduce inequality. These efforts are key to ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background, can contribute to and thrive in Luxembourg's diverse and dynamic society.
